Skip the Gym. Stay at Home

There are many excuses for not going to the gym.

So don’t go to the gym. Stay home, find some space, put on some ratty, unflattering, and /or indecent exercise gear and log on to Blogilates – the home to a wide selection of pilates, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and target area workouts done to the freshest pop songs. So whether you need a quick daily routine, or want to get rid of those turkey wings – chances are Exercise Instructor Cassey Ho’s got something for you on her site or youtube channel.

Cassey is known for being infectiously energizing and (almost oppressively) cheerful. If you don’t need the cheer and enthusiasm, or want/need to follow a video to do your exercises, you can download a printable instead.

True to it’s tagline – Fitness, Food N’ Pop Pilates – Blogilates also has meal plans and recipes (including a bunch of desserts!) So if you’re planning to make some space for all the upcoming holiday eating, or looking for something to do to counter all those calories, Blogilates is a pretty good place to start your search. 🙂
